There are four main types of banners. Vinyl Banners, Mesh Banners, Canvas Banners, and Fabric Banners. Our wide format printing uses the latest technology in banners. Four Main Types of Banners:
- Vinyl Banners – Vinyl Banners are printed on high quality thick durable vinyl. The banner material is rated for indoor and outdoor use. Vinyl Banners are digitally printed and can be up to a pretty good distance without the use of seams. Different color text or graphics can be applied to the banners and have white or colored backgrounds. Printing on these types of banners is easy.
- Mesh Banners – Mesh Banners are digitally printed in full color on a semi-thick durable vinyl. The material has crisscrossing fibers that allow air to go through the material. You can see through the material slightly, but you can still easily see the printed graphics. This material is mainly used outdoors in windy areas instead of putting wind slits in vinyl banner types.
- Canvas Banners – Canvas banners are mainly used indoors. The texture is similar to a painted canvas. They are commonly used for high-end displays and backdrops. You can also get pole pockets for these types of banners.
- Fabric Banners – Fabric Banners are indoor banners that have a high-end look and feel. Fabric banners are printed using a dye sublimation process. This means that the ink goes through the fabric instead of sitting on top of the fabric. This makes the colors extremely bright and vibrant. Additional finishing options include pole pockets.
