Challenge
A new prospect was getting 95% of its printing done from a franchise a block away. The franchise closed and a print broker 20 miles away hired the sales staff to continue operations.
Prospect immediately noticed a much lower level of service, higher prices, and delivery that had been days now took weeks.
Solution
Kopytek was brought in on a two month trial basis. Client immediately noticed lower prices, a higher level of service and the ability to do more projects than previous companies had handled including mailing, fulfillment and wide format printing.
Kopytek placed an experienced account manager on the account. Kopytek now manages all inventory, archives all artwork files for exact reprints and manages an on-line business card and stationary program for easy ordering. The client now routinely receives orders, printed and mailed, in 24–48 hours.
